Citrix Server restarts

Hello,

I just wanted to provide a notice that IST has configured the 4 virtual servers that run the Citrix environment to automatically reboot every Sunday morning at 2:00 am. Users will be notified 15 minutes prior and every 5 minutes until it is rebooted. This will be active for this upcoming weekend (Aug 20th).

This should help keep these servers…

Users who connect to the Faculty of Nursing's Citrix environment, which includes HRDR systems, from outside of Canada will need to first connect to vpn.ualberta.ca, then launch the Citrix resources. Instructions for the connecting to the Central VPN Service can be found here.
