The Workforce Resilience study is part of TREC’s ongoing work looking at the effects of the pandemic on the LTC workforce. This project will evaluate a breathing strategy that is known to reduce stress and improve well-being. It will be delivered with an education session about the effects of stress on the brain and body. The goal of this project is to empower care aides and nurses with tools to navigate stress in the workplace, and we hope across all areas of their lives.
