2024/08/30 12:45 - IST Support teams have reported the underlying issue should be resolved and most services have been restored. However a couple of servers are still being recovered so some applications may still be experiencing issues. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this service outage.

2024/08/30 11:30 - IST Support agents are reporting an outage affecting Nursing Virtual Desktop computers due to server issues. This issue is impacting Desktop and Application availability via Citrix. This includes HRDR resources.
