TREC has been experiencing on/off issues accessing Citrix and the HRDR for the past couple of weeks. It appears that these have been addressed, though users are asked to contact TREC's Data Manager, Augustine Amakiri (amakiri@ualberta.ca), in the first instance if local problems persist.
