CBC Programs on Burnout in the Work Environment
Staff burnout is core area of interest in TREC LTC research. CBC recently broadcast two programs introducing the concept to the general audience that may be of interest.

An interview with Christina Maslach (Professor Emerita, UC Berkeley) about her career studying burnout. Maslach was co-developer of the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) instrument, which has been widely used by TREC.
