Users who connect to the Faculty of Nursing's Citrix environment, which includes HRDR systems, from outside of Canada will need to first connect to vpn.ualberta.ca, then launch the Citrix resources. Instructions for the connecting to the Central VPN Service can be found here.

This will be temporary measure due to unforseen circumstances until sometime next week. We will send another update when users outside of Canada can access Citrix via previous methods.
