On Thursday Jan 11, 2024, there will be some maintenance on the URL https://agateway.nurs. ualberta.ca starting at 10pm, and lasting approximately 1-2 hours.

What is happening?

This URL resides on a physical server, and this server is being moved to a different data center on campus, while this move is happening, this URL will be unavailable.

What do users need to know/do?

Anyone who connects to Citrix resources through this URL will be disconnected from their Citrix session(s) at 10pm MST. If anyone needs to sign back into Citrix right away, they can use the alternate URL of https://ugateway.nurs. ualberta.ca to get back in right away.  The alternate URL is generally meant for temporary access while the https://agateway.nurs. ualberta.ca site is down, and people should return to using the agateway URL for future connections after the Thursday move.

Please note, this primarily only affects remote users, or connections from outside of campus.
