Virtual Desktops Outage UPDATE 2024/02/20 15:45 - READ BELOW!!!
As IST Support agents continue to work on restoring services on the server, there will be automatic, forced reboots of all Nursing workstations, laptops, and virtual desktops commencing at 6:30 PM today.

Outage ALERT
2024/02/20 09:45 - IST Support agents are reporting an outage affecting Nursing Virtual Desktop computers due to a server being offline for maintenance. Some applications are still available, but applications that require a virtual desktop to get to the applications due to secure computing requirements (HRDR) will be unavailable until the server is back online.

IST has planned a Citrix server maintenance for tonight, February 2, 2024, starting from 10 pm. This is to address the recent interruption of the Citrix servers rebooting on their own. This will cause an outage to the virtual desktops and apps. This maintenance will take about 2 to 3 hours. Please plan accordingly.
